“MACL Career 2024” is a career guidance program for school students.
“MACL Career 2024” aims to provide students with information on job opportunities in the aviation sector, as well as in airport operations.
The first fair of the program was held at Qazi School yesterday.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, MACL CEO and Managing Director Ibrahim Sharif Mohammed said that MACL aims to build technically competent students. He also described it as important for the students to know the opportunities opened by a company like MACL.
Shareef said the Vellana International Airport is operated in a separate village and with airport operations as well as many municipal services, the company has the opportunity to work in many industries. He said he hoped to see students working in all the jobs in the company in the future.
The company also held a special lucky draw during the sessions. The 20 students selected by the draw will have the opportunity to take a closer look at the company’s work. 10 students who were selected in the draw were also given special gifts.
