Honorable Chief Justice of the Maldives, Uz Ahmed Muthasim Adnan, has been hospitalized at Dharumavantha Hospital in Malé after suffering an injury during a holiday in Baa Fulhadhoo.
The Chief Justice was admitted during the early morning hours and is receiving treatment for an abdominal injury that has affected his mobility.
As of now, no official updates have been released regarding his medical condition. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court remains in recess.
