A tragic incident unfolded in Gaafu Alifu atoll Dhaandhoo as a local resident was discovered dead on a street.
The deceased, identified as 33-year-old Ahmed Abdulla, was found lying on the road near the western side of the Fenaka Dhaandhoo branch around 8:10 AM today, according to police reports.
Efforts to revive him proved unsuccessful, and he was pronounced dead upon arrival at the Dhaandhoo Health Centre.
Authorities have initiated an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding his death.
