Dhiraagu has extended its support to the Special Education Needs (SEN) Unit, known as the Sunshine Class, at Haa Dhaalu Atoll Kulhudhuffushi City Educational Center.
During a special ceremony held at the school, Dhiraagu donated essential equipment, including automatic chairs, locking seats, and resources for the Sensory and Activity Unit. These contributions, made as part of Dhiraagu’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, aim to provide vital tools that will greatly benefit the students in the class.
Speaking at the handover, Mohamed Ali, Assistant Manager of Operations at Dhiraagu’s Kulhudhuffushi Operations Center, emphasized Dhiraagu’s commitment to ensuring no child is left behind. He expressed his hope that these resources would further support teachers’ dedication while creating opportunities for progress and learning for every child.
Principal Mohamed Matheen of Hdh. Atoll Educational Center highlighted that Dhiraagu’s donation would significantly enhance the school’s efforts to deliver inclusive education.
Dhiraagu continues to offer such support as part of its ongoing CSR initiatives.
